{"id":1104,"date":"2018-05-02T22:07:25","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T20:07:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/uisce-beatha.de\/www1\/?page_id=1104"},"modified":"2018-05-02T22:07:25","modified_gmt":"2018-05-02T20:07:25","slug":"cullen-skink-schottische-fischsuppe","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/uisce-beatha.de\/www1\/cullen-skink-schottische-fischsuppe\/","title":{"rendered":"Cullen Skink  (schottische Fischsuppe)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cullen Skink <\/strong>(Thanks to Rosi)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tablespoon butter<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion<\/li>\n<li>2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes<\/li>\n<li>300ml water<\/li>\n<li>250g smoked haddock<\/li>\n<li>250ml milk<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley or chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add onion and fry gently until transparent. Cook for about 5 minutes but do not allow to brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add potatoes and water and bring to boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile in another pan, cover the haddock with the milk and cook gently for about five minutes until just tender. Remove from the milk and, when cool enough to touch, flake gently into large pieces, removing bones.<\/li>\n<li>Add milk and flaked fish to saucepan containing potatoes and other ingredients and cook for a further 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with crusty bread and butter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Butter<\/li>\n<li>1 mittelgro\u00dfe Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>2 mittlere Kartoffeln, gesch\u00e4lt und in 1 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<\/li>\n<li>300ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>250g ger\u00e4ucherter Schellfisch<\/li>\n<li>250ml Milch<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer nach Belieben<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel fein gehackte Petersilie oder Schnittlauch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Butter in einem Topf bei mittlerer Hitze schmelzen, dann die Zwiebel dazugeben und leicht anbraten. Ca. 5 Minuten kochen, aber nicht br\u00e4unen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoffeln und Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und zum Kochen bringen. 10-15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrenddessen in einer anderen Pfanne den Schellfisch mit der Milch bedecken und ca. f\u00fcnf Minuten lang zart kochen. Aus der Milch nehmen und, wenn es k\u00fchl genug zum Anfassen ist, vorsichtig in gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schuppen und die Knochen entfernen.<\/li>\n<li>Milch und Fischflocken in einen Topf mit Kartoffeln und anderen Zutaten geben und weitere 5 Minuten kochen lassen.
